Initial Phone Call

From the moment we receive our client’s phone call, our Happy Healing team initiates the care planning process. We start by listening to our client’s health care requests and asking basic questions to help identify our client’s needs. A care team member will set-up a day and time, most convenient for our client, to visit with them and their family.

Home Assessment

This initial home visit gives us a chance to collect additional information, answer questions and allows our clients to feel the Happy Healing experience. We offer clients the opportunity to meet staff and provide input for individualized care of the patient.

Custom Care Plan

At Happy Healing Homecare, we understand that every patient is different, therefore, their care should be as unique as their health needs. With our client and their relatives, together we set objectives, plan goal attainment, implement interventions and evaluate the client’s progress to modify care plans accordingly.

Quality Assessment

Our Clinical Director frequently monitors the progress of the care plan and determines, based on the evaluation, the next course of treatment to guarantee that our client gets the best care possible. Calls and visits to clients and loved ones occur regularly to ensure customer satisfaction. If the needs of our clients change and we are unable to make provisions, we help organize resources to help our patients reach their goal.
